Director of Planning and Organisational Performance

Full-time (37.5 hours), London-based, occasional travel

£44,190 plus 9% employer pension contribution

25 days annual leave + 3 Christmas office closure days + UK bank holidays

Season ticket loan/Childcare voucher scheme/Bike hire purchase scheme

This new position will strengthen Conciliation Resources' programme department team and develop our planning and monitoring and evaluation work, as we embark on a new strategic framework.

We are looking for a Director of Planning and Organisational Performance who will oversee new practices and policies of organisational planning, design, monitoring and evaluation in line with our strategic framework and plan.

The successful candidate will ensure that everyone at Conciliation Resources is able to effectively plan, monitor, and evaluate their work. They will promote and enable a culture and practice of learning, provide leadership to the Programmes Department and management support and supervision to up to two Programme Directors and the Programmes Assistant.

Candidates must have a postgraduate education in a relevant area, thorough knowledge of conflict resolution theory and practice, thorough knowledge and experience of the methodologies for monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning, organisational learning, impact assessment and associated methodologies. They should have a proven track record of coordinating and supporting organisational change.
