Integrity is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) for the USAID/ Sahel Regional- Monitoring, Reporting, and Capacity Strengthening Contract (MRCS). The purpose of MRCS will be to provide support to the USAID Sahel Regional Office (SRO). The support will include:

  • Complement and augment USAID Senegal’s SRO performance management of activities within its portfolio;
  • Carry out TPM in predominantly insecure areas e.g. provide outputs and outcomes verification, conduct evaluations, studies, and assessments, as well as IP MEL capacity strengthening, etc.;
  • Strengthen capacity to efficiently identify field MEL tasks and access a range of technical MEL practices and tools beyond what already exists in the Mission

The cross-cutting DCOP position will be responsible for leading and managing the technical work related to monitoring, evaluation, and learning under the resulting task order. He/She will assist COP in performance management systems, financial management, and timely completion and submission of all activity deliverables. The DCoP will support the recruitment and outreach to identify a wide pool of technically sound Senegalese and international evaluators and MEL specialists. She/he will ensure that the short-term technical experts and team members recruited under this contract are of a high caliber and possess commensurate technical expertise S/he will report directly to the Chief of Party.

This is a Niamey-based, full-time position. The expected period of performance is an estimated five years to cover the duration of the program. Please be advised that the position is dependent on contract award.
