Are you a researcher or evaluator with knowledge of peacebuilding in Myanmar? Paung Sie Facility is developing a roster of consultants and organisations to conduct reviews and evaluations with our partners from 2020-22.
Paung Sie Facility (PSF), formerly known as the Peace Support Fund, was established in 2014 as a flexible, responsive and demand-driven multi-donor fund. PSF supports organisations and institutions across Myanmar working on peace and social cohesion. The PSF manages funds from UK’s DFID, Australia’s DFAT and Sweden’s SIDA. Currently, PSF funds 30+ grantee , projects, with coverage of most states and regions across the country.
PSF is seeking expressions of interest from consultants and organisations able to provide learning reviews and evaluations for our grantees. These will take place from mid-2020 until mid 2022. Specific Terms of Reference (TOR) will be developed for each consultancy. Assignments may range from 10 days over the course of a month, to more than 50 days over 18-months.
We expect this work to be participatory and learning-focused, building on partners own adaptive monitoring approaches. Project themes include conflict transformation, countering hate speech, civic education, gender equality, social inclusion and more.

a. Initial experience or ideas you have in conducting COVID-sensitive reviews and evaluations
b. Declare relevant past organizational or personal affiliations
c. List relevant evaluations conducted and your role in them, attaching one example
d. If you speak Myanmar languages, please specify which ones and your level of ability
e. Expected availability in next 6 months and daily rate
