How can we as evaluators better enable learning environments in our organizations? Natalie De Sole shared core concepts, theories, and principles, known to support organizational learning and discussed ways to embed these principles into evaluation designs and practices. These concepts ranged from personal engagement theories to more macro-organizational change and learning theories.
After the presentation, there was a very informative Q&A. And, participants were encouraged to review how they can embed organizational learning and strategies into their own evaluation designs.
