Final Evaluation of Pahunch: Strengthening the Poor and Marginalized’s Access to Justice and Security in Nepal

This is the final external evaluation report of the project “Pahunch: Strengthening the Poor and Marginalized’s Access to Justice and Security in Nepal. The project was implemented by Search for Common Ground (Search) in partnership with the Centre for Legal Research Resource Development (CeLRRd), Human Rights and Community Development Academy Nepal (HUCODAN), and Centre for Security and Justice Studies (CSJS). The four-year project (January 2015 to December 2018) was funded by Department for International Development (DfID) . The overall aim of the project was to strengthen the rule of law in Nepal and to improve access to security and justice for the poor and the marginalized communities, especially women. The project was implemented in 12 districts including Sunsari, Siraha, Saptari, Dhanusha, Mahottari, Rautahat, Sarlahi, Rupandehi, Nawalparasi, Kapilvastu, Dang and Kathmandu.
