This is PeaceNexus first Practice paper which focuses on lessons learned in Organisational Development and more particularly what the foundation’s partners wished they had known prior to launching a strategy development process. Our hope is that their insights can serve other peace practitioners navigate processes of strategic adaptation, including in response to changes triggered by the Covid-19 pandemic.
