Pact’s The Government Performance Index (GPI) helps implementing organizations and their government partners regularly review, document, and analyze government performance against a set of standard measurements. The results then can be used to adapt program approaches to improve performance at individual agency, project, and program-wide levels.
This handbook provides practical guidance on how to administer the GPI. By the end of your review, readers should have the information and skills to understand the GPI and its background, describe the GPI’s domains and sub-domains, and administer the tool.
